Bliss Issue 1
The first issue of the autobiographical comic, Bliss, written
and illustrated by Paul Fini. It's the story of the life
and times of Daniel Bliss as he floats through life, love,
drugs, and independent music in Chicago during the 90's.
From an interview with the Arizona Daily Star: "I really
wanted to do more of an autobiographical, real life story," Fini
said of his work. "It's semi-autobiographical. I put
'semi' in there because I didn't want to implicate myself
in anything. It's pretty much my recollection of being in
my 20s back in the '90s."
